Upgrade the MLB Ballpark app to ensure fans are spending less time in line and more time enjoying the game, amenities, and experiences of the ballpark.


We built new mobile commerce and ordering features within the MLB Ballpark app that can be customized and used for any or all MLB Ballpark locations around the U.S. Prominent features include:

    • All game attendees are be able to use the mobile payment wallet to pay for food, beverages, and merchandise via their phone. Season ticket member discounts for food, beverages, and merchandise will automatic ally be applied in the mobile wallet.
    • Express pickup is be available for ticket holders in designated areas of the ballpark.
    • Merchandise is delivered to lockers and fans can retrieve their order by unlocking a locker using a 4-digit pin retrieved from the app.

Currently, the Cleveland Indians, Detroit Tigers, Minnesota Twins, Oakland Athletics, Tampa Bay Rays, Atlanta Braves, Chicago Cubs, and Colorado Rockies have enabled our commerce and ordering features.
